With a background in flipping homes, Tracy offers sellers smart, practical advice on preparing their property for the market—always guided by the principle: “Don’t spend a dime you won’t get back.” She also helps buyers see the potential in a home and understand how easy it can be to make updates—and who to call to get it done. Known for her proactive communication and calm, solutions-focused approach, Tracy helps her clients move through even the most complex transactions with confidence. Originally from Indiana, Tracy made North Carolina home in 2008. She’s been married for over 29 years and is a proud mom to three sons and a sweet Boykin Spaniel. She loves spending time at the beach, lake, or mountains, and enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her family. Tracy also likes playing pickleball whenever possible and appreciates staying active and connected in her community.
